Dear team it is so dishonoured for me that withdraw 4411rs on 29/01/2024 but still not credit in my bank account….connecting your executive every time they said escalated this problem to higher team waiting of their response kindly wait only this statement and nothing happen after that from last 5 days I am feeling very bad service

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Becric.
Becric:- I have given withdrawal instruction, that was showing successful but amount not received when I discussed with customer care they are saying wait for 24hrs we already escalated to our team like that but amount was still not received
Withdrawal given on 8th February 2024 still not received i have sent an email also but no one is responding.
