I have purchased a material from this side against order no 858080609096268 of Rs 800. when i have received this found the cover was damage and the power bank is do not working.And the material which i have received is totally different against they are advertise .So i have inform immediately to betterone,they response after 2 days and say to send the snap of damage material.then after 4/5 days no any response from betterone.i am regularly sending them in reminder mail regarding my issue,but till now got no any reply from betterone.
