Bhanzu – Refund request is pending since a month, no response from anyone

I had enrolled my son for 180 class package. After 90 classes, I wrote to Bhanzu about discontinuing the course on Mar 16, 2024 since it was irrelevant to academic curriculum for my son. Nimisha was assigned as the learning experience manager after repeated follow ups. She made me wait for 2 weeks only to tell me that her manager needs to talk to me before anything can be done. I spoke with her manager on Apr 2, 2024 and it has been 2 weeks since then. The manager said it will be approved but there hasn’t been any response since that conversation. No response to emails, no calls or response to messages on WhatsApp. It has been a month since I raised a request for refund and no progress so far. The standard response they give is that when it is approved, we will notify through the official email ID. That is too open ended and unprofessional.

* Write Bhanzu in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Bhanzu.
