Bharat Holidays – Agra Agra
We booked Mahabaleshwar and Lonavala tour package from Bharat Holidays, from 11th Aug to 15th Aug, 2022.
We paid total 60,770 Rs. for 4 person.
1. First problem started right after i paid initial 30% amount. In the Travell itenary they sent, it was clearly mentioned that Breakfast and Dinner included in package. But once we paid money, they told me they were unable to arrange dinner for us for all 4 days and they will give us 200 Rs. per person for dinner. What kind of arrangement is this? I was totally shocked when they show their real color after we made payment. Their response totally changed. They started to talk in rough language. I asked for cancellation, but they told there will be no refund.
2. Once we reached Mahabaleshwar, our stay was at Mulberry Cottages. This hotel was really asl cheap hotel, there was no electricity when we arrived. Also basic thing was not there in room like water heater. There was no one there whome we can complaint. Even agent from Bharat Holiday not picking call. Our planned tour slowly turning to a really bad experience.
3. Stay at Lonawala hotel was also horrible. Our stay at Lonawala was at Hotel Om Palace. Another very cheap hotel.
our overall experience was very bad. I fell like we were heavily looted. I mean, this is not expected from a travell agency. Bharat Holidays looting people.
