I have no idea what they are doing. They lack the expertise to provide the hotels listed in the proposed itinerary. They want us to travel less frequently. They want us to raise our budget even though it has already been discussed in accordance with the proposed itinerary. They want us to travel less frequently because they find it difficult to follow their own committed, pitched schedule. They are not making any adjustments at all. It is not our concern if the hotels you are providing in the itinerary you have proposed cost more money. You must manage and modify. The worst experience was simply speaking with them.
After all of this, they promised to reserve the hotel I want and confirmed they would do so at no charge. I paid Rs. 9000 as charges yesterday, but they are now telling me that the hotel is not available and that if you want it, you must pay an additional fee, or they will give you a different hotel that they do not want. Mahi Sharma is the worst executive I’ve ever spoken to. She committed fraud when she took money under the guise of the Elysium resort and then demanded more.
