They refuse digital way of accepting money. Repeatedly I have been requesting them to get swipe machine or use Paytm after the service is completed but they do not listen and force us to give cash after delivery. They refuse to use plastic money.
Sometimes they refund back 10rupes or 50 rupees saying sorry . But I repeatedly told them that I dnt need money. Either you remove the option of COD or if you do then you must use digital money.
Their delivery person are most of the time extremely rude.
Repeated complaints have been made. But they refuse to listen
