Dear Madame,
There is a massive fraud that is being perpetrated in the name of MI & Tacdeal. We had ordered this 20000mh MI power bank. (invoice & damaged piece attached.). Since then all communication with them as [email protected] does not exist. All mails sent do not remain in your outbox if unsent and are not to be seen in sent items. Where do they go is anybody’s guess. Contact us slot on the tacdeal site all does say that they will get back but so far after 5 mails no response. No phone numbers/customer service number is mentioned. The dukes deal company that sends this around is probably fake. The product sent is fake, broken and dead! There are umpteen complaints on various site.
The modus operandi is take good pix from the US Tacdeal site, put them on instagram, and shoot the ad of the spurios product with fabulous discount. Once the payment is made you are caught in a ‘dillli ka thug’ trap. No refund, no proper courier name, no complaint or customer care number ads up to a big fraud. With online shopping and cashless trends there is a lot of money pilfered over secured channels of payments by such frauds.
