I would like to bring to your notice that I had booked a flight from Kolkata to Mumbai via Go Air G8-512(PNR- O6ZLJS) on 9th June, 2021 through BookOtrip.com. Subsequently the flight had been cancelled by the airlines and was I informed about it much in advance by 7th June itself, but it has been more than 5 days the refund has not been processed. The contact no.’s given on the website are invalid and the no one is responding to the mails. I have been sending quite a few reminders but no replies to it.
On a conversation with the Airlines, they have confirmed that they cancelled the ticket the refunded the amount to the agency.
The mail with the confirmation by the airlines have all been forwarded to Booko trip, but they have not processed the refund nor are responding to the calls and mails.
What kind of ethical behavior and customer service is this, stealing customer’s hard earned money. I shall have to escalate the matter further if refund has not been initiated at the earliest.

Please reads the complaints or re-views before you book your flights tickets through such Fake/Fraud BookOTrip Websites.
I have made a Flight Booking through this website and choosen Air Aisa dramatically after my payment means after the amount was deducted from my credit card was ended up with message which states “Sorry unable to book your flight ticket and our customer support will help you to process the ticket”.
After few minutes received again a fake ticket which was decline by AirAisa when I tried to contact them in order to confirm by travel.
The website, tickets and the numbers provided in the BookOtrip websites were all are fake.
I would suggest or request Wego to block or terminate such fake Bookpartners in order to avoid such instances for customers who would like to book the tickets through that untrusted BookOtrip website in the future.
Note : I hope people would like to book flight tickets please don’t attempt to book through BookOTrip your money will not refunded and more you will end up with fake tickets and get fooled if you show them at airport security checks/with airlines

I have the same issue with this company. I had booked a ticket with Indigo airlines through BookOtrip as a guest (without creating an account). The ticket was canceled by Indigo Airlines and the amount was refunded to BookOtrip.com on 10th Aug ’21. Indigo customer support mentioned that the amount will be refunded to me by BookOtrip. However, 4 days have passed and I have not received the amount. Both their numbers seem to be fake and nobody responds to my emails.
