Shoe and Beyond promptly delivered a pair of shoes that I had ordered.
I mailed them right away to have them pick up the shoes, enable the return, and then refund the full amount because I didn’t like the quality.
However, they are no longer contacting me and have even blocked me on social media.
And I’m not the only one with this problem.
