I purchased some footwear from Boots and beyond.
When the shoes arrived, I discovered that they were of very poor quality, had stains, and appeared to have been worn before I received them.
When I complained about it, they responded that they couldn’t give me a refund.
And now that I have called them repeatedly, they are not returning my calls and have blocked one of my mobile numbers.
