I ordered a pair of shoes on 24th auagust 2023 and my ORDER ID is #BBN2073979.
The shoe delivered was bigger the size that I ordered but I would like to exchange the product for a size smaller which is in accordance with your return/exchange policy.
Request you to please process this exchange request ASAP as these shoes are of No use to me in this size .
Its been a long time now, and I am asking this from first day, these small size shoes are of no use for me please exchange this.
They have blocked me from instagram so that i can’t contact them.
They don’t answer the calls on provided number by them (7740092004).
They don’t answer the emails provided by them ([email protected]).
