I bought a pair of boots and beyond shoes, but the quality is very poor. I wanted to return the shoes, but they are not responding to my calls or texts.
The shoes are of very low quality. The bottom stone is painted and it looks very cheap compared to the price. I mailed them regarding return and they are not even responding to my mails. As per their policy, I requested a return within 7 days, they asked me to mail them the product invoice and photos of the product, but after sending all the photos of the shoes they requested to verify, they are now refusing to accept it. They are saying that they sent the correct product and we are unable to accept your request.
