Shinedeal.in offered Bose SoundLink Mini II Wireless Bluetooth Speaker (Carbon) for Rs 6999/-.
I have ordered (Order #609) Bose SoundLink Mini II Wireless Bluetooth Speaker (Carbon) product on cash on delivery. Piad the money Rs 6999/- and received the product.
But received the duplicate product and raised a returned request and sent original speakers images with received product. compared both the products images and sent to admin team email id [email protected].
They agreed to sent a original speaker and registered complaint number CU7452PN85200.

I received a mail from Admin team email id [email protected] saying
Sir,
we received your complain mail. We are extremely sorry. I write down your complaint against replacement on 15.03.2017. your complain no. is CU7452PN85200. We will make your pickup and deliver your product hand to hand. Next time we will provide you open delivery. This process around 7 to 15 days but as soon as possible we will resolve your problem.

Today when i open the site http://shinedeal.in/, it says account is suspended.
