I had ordered Bose sound link mini 2 on the 7th of March which as per their Facebook offer was available for rupees 6999/-. Once they received the offer I received a mail confirmation on the same day saying product will be delivered within 7 days. As per the mail the product was delivered on the 14th March at 11:30a.m. When I opened the box post delivery and payment I found a headphone inside a box which was not sealed and looked fake. I immediately called the number provided on the website and also the number from which I received the confirmation call,there was no answer. I mailed them on the spot to [email protected] to which I got a revert saying I will get a cash refund within 7-14 working days. I’ve been writing to them since Wednesday but they have stopped responding now. What is the step that I can take?

  1. Exactly, i have faced the same issue. My shinedeal account seems to be suspended, they have blocked the ipaddresses from which i have logged into their account. Seems to be a very thought out strategy of selling 1000 bugs speakers at 7K and then
