I had purchased a set of four tyres from your dealer, M/s. N s tyre company, 18, state bank colony, khandari bye pass road, Agra, U.P.

I had been categorically promised by the dealer that the tyres are in one year warranty period, and if there if any fault appear within the warranty period then it will be replaced by the company.
Believing on the image and reputation of the company, i went ahead and purchased the tyres from the company.
On 11th September 2013, as i was travelling to Mathura along with my family on the highway, suddenly the car got unstable and swayed dangerously.
I somehow controlled the vehicle and took it to the side and saw taht the tyre had developed swelling onto its sides and had got damaged.
This has happened without any external damage to the tyre. I replaced the tyre quickly with the Stepney tyre.
Apoun return the same day, i approached the dealer and showed the dealer the condition of the tyre.
He took the tyre and gave a acknowledgement and got my signature on a receipt and promised that he will forward my complaint to the company
And will try to help me.
After much follow up i received a phone call from the dealer that the company person has come and he informed that the tyre cud not be replayed giving me all sort of unrelated reasons.
After i enquired him in detail he said that he will take the matter at senior level and will get the matter resolved.
But to my utter disappointment, i had been just following up with the dealer and the company guy without any results.
I am shocked at the level of pathetic customer service demonstrated by the company and its associates.
I am sorry to say that during sales time, all the promises are done and when the customer pays up and approaches for service, all sorts of excuses are given by both company and dealers.
It has been a display of poor customer service and sheer unprofessional behaviour by such a big corporation.
Life of my family was at risk because of the incident and the company had shown no concern whatsoever for my complaints and i have been made to run from pillar to post deriving nothing from the whole exercise.
I had also sent a grievances to ur website and only i got was a automated reply that the matter will be looked into, but i have got no response till date from anyone.
As i have got no replacement i have been forced to drive my car without a proper tyre and Stepney which is a huge risk as i drive on highways.
I am finally sending a l intimation officially to the company and putting the matter on board before i initiate the legal proceedings in the case.
