Hi I’m Rutuja.
I reserved a taxi from Pune on February 12th, 2023, at 12.30AM (pickup).
Booking Number: 307196
Driver’s name: Mohammad
At 1:00 AM, my pickup was finished.
After being picked up, my cab broke down within 15 kilometres. I called customer service, but no one came to our aid because I was pregnant, so I was left standing on the Khed Shivapur Highway till 4.30 AM.
He was supposed to send another Taxi when I called Tushar (Employee ID – CBM07) from Customer Care.
We waited for a while, but He told the cab wouldn’t arrive until after five in the morning.
I remained there till 4.30 or 5.00 in the morning.
They failed to send me a taxi.
I had to return home by myself.
For me to get back home, I needed to arrange for another cab.
I hoped the cab Tushar gave me would be there until five in the morning.
I waited there till 4.30am for a cab, but there was no response.
My trip was then cancelled.
Tushar informed me that he had started my refund when I called them again, even though I had not received a letter or mail.
I made four calls back to Tushar for confirmation.
He claimed that my reimbursement had been started and that I was not receiving communications as a result of network problems. Despite my really horrible pregnancy experience, I was still hopeful and confident in the team.
I want to take this matter further because no one phoned me again about it.
The worst part of this situation for me is that despite the fact that I informed the team that I was pregnant, they still treat me horribly.
