Dear sir,
I had order a swift dzire android gps multimedia system on 13th May 2017. As per the company policy Rs. 2000/- was already paid to via net banking transaction id QQGM9PFB. He always assure me to product will be shipped but till date I did not receive system. I had tried several times to contact him via call but not picking my call and also send a watssaap message to him having mobile num-08885503536.
Therefore I, request you to please register my complaint and refund of my advance amount Rs. 2000/- to my bank account by the company. The details of the company with bank details are mention below:-

We accept our failure couldn’t process this order due to issue in the courier end due to cod processing we are attaching courier lablel for reference. We decided to refund and sent email to bank details to process the refund but customer provided paytm number for refund which is not possible for us. We requested to send bank details now on 14-06-2017 and he provided and refund is immediately processed. But on 14-06-2017 have not provided his own bank account instead provided account details of some other person and told us to transfer to that account but that will not be transparent transaction if he later claim that he didnt get refund then we will be in loss because we have seen evidence that chaitanya has been calling him from 5pm yesterday he even messaged and called him at 10pm yesterday and also tried to call him in the morning but mobile is switched off so we have decided to refund through easebuzz as It created a suspicion senario by not giving his account details. Amount will be refunded to original payment method. That means it will refund to same account you paid.
