I had placed an order for i20 elite andriod system along with the additional DVR dash cam, as promised to the dealer payment as made for the same 18th July 2018 by PayUmoney (Payment ID : 200589726).

After which there was no communication from dealer that only partial package has been shipped failing to do that after receiving the package on 25th July the dealer agreed DVR dash cam was not available with him asked a weeks time to get it delivered.

It’s been more than a month now no response from the dealer, neither is he answering the call’s or responding to the mail.

Therefore I, request you to please register my complaint and refund amount for DVR dash cam to my bank account by the company. The details of the company with bank details are mention below :
