I shubham from jk wanna tell you about the story of a Seller who is fooling the public with his business
my motive to post complaint in consumer court online so that other public dont fall in a trap of this seller
i will go to high court
Firstlly this seller is selling the Chinese car music system in the name Infinity brand ….(he will explain very nicely and convince you that this product is not chinese and may be he reply below but guys just ignore his each and every word)
secondly the info of the products what he has listed in his site is all fake,,,( i have soo many proofs that soo many guys gave very very very bad reviews of this seller….

on 13 aug i called this seller (i have a proof of recording) i said him that i want to puchase a honda city music system from you he said ok i said all the details of the item what i want and sipping date and seller agrees on my each and every line than he told me that i will send you the link from where u can do payment and i did the payment of 23500 through razorpay gateway (no idea how he get a razorpay license (soon it will be cancelled)

After waiting 3 days he called me and said your product is out of stock you buy other one i said why before 3 days you committed me that i will be shipped he said sorry but that product is not available right now but i said this is not fair i need that product only he said than i will arrange from singapore factory (all lie)
than after 3 4 days on 21st Aug 2018 he gave me a tracking number and said your product is coming i said thanks
but i tracked that shipment it was coming from china i have all proofs (you just understand the story and see how he use his trap)
so i asked him why from china he replied me there was a ready stock

than once that shipment was reached delhi that courier company was asking my kyc which he never told before orderding i said to courier company why should i give i orderd from india not outside …some how as i have already did the payment no option was left i gave my kyc..
than after 4 5 days i recieved the item ..which was totally differnet from which i orderd than i called him he said sorry we will replace it but till now there is mo good response from his side……….i will go to high court soon …but if consumer court can solve my issue will be thankfull…
