I had ordered 8inch Toyota universal android 7.1 car stereo from mobile, order id XVIHZMDCM12….I received the order on 24th December.i paid 20000rs on delivery ..Exchange of old system n installation of new system was promised to me..I request installation on Friday..The person named mohan (7013514352) promised me installation on friday..Friday gone..He told me no techincian is available..He propose me on saturday..Same reason..He said that no techician is available to take the job..as i might have interfered with car wiring during installation of my previuos player..I send the wiring pics..he convinced that no wiring was cut..He assured me that on monday in the morning techician will come at my home for installation..since today morning i m contacting him for the same..He is not responding to msg n call..He has blocked me..No proper communication has been done..At 1pm he picked up my call n said that by evening it will b installed..For this i requested the number of techincian which he was intensionally avoiding..(for fishy intension)..since 3pm i m calling ..He has blocked me..On whatsapp also…Now i m worried about the system i got..Because his actions are sounding fishy..Plzz dont order anything from caraxis.in site..worse experience!!..I have whatsapp chat as proof..Any one want i can forward..But plzz dont fall for him..
