On Oct 10th someone sent me 500.00 I was not with my phone. about 10 mins later I notice my phone and sent the money back immediately because I didnt know this person they then sent me the emoji with the heart eyes, On Nov 11 while at a funeral I looked at my account and seen that 500.00 was missing from my account but not showing on my transaction history . I called Cash App and they investigate it and tell me that I sent the money from my phone…. Yes that is great that happened on 10/10/2025, so where is my money you just took out without my authorization and paid it to the person who said I didnt give them the money back which is showing on my transaction history that they acknowledged.’ So Cash App is telling me they will not pay me back and that I can no longer file an appeal on this matter.. They never posted anything showing where my 2 nd 500.00 went. A representative emailed me the records of the 2nd 500.00 Cash App will not protect you or your money. The investigators didnt even call to get information on my complaint..
