They sell used product not fresh one

I ordered sony mobile display through Cellspare. The delivery was too late take 20days time. but excellent packaging. when i open the pack display back have some scratch so that spare was not new one. when i replaced display it was not working. That product is faulty. When contacted cellspare guys they were very reluctant to accept that the product was faulty they agreed for replacement stating that they will replace only once just because it was my 1st purchase through cellspare. They dont bear the reshipping cost and I had to bear the amount of Rs.330 for sending it back.
