Worst experience in my life of online shopping in the past 10 years. Seller sent a broken, faded, damaged watch (INR 11, 500)..and refused to accept that their product was damaged. It dint even look worth 200 rs. When I told them even the box was broken, they told me that’s how it comes!! Really??? They also told me they can’t refund, only replace the watch. You think I will trust you after receiving such an item? It’s as if their policy changes over the phone. Thankfully AmazonPay team intervened and finally got my money 3 weeks from when I raised the complaint. DO NOT BUY from CHECKNSHOP. THEY ARE THE WORST!
