I placed an order for a DELL monitor with Chipkart.com on Nov 2, 2013.

After a couple of days, I decided not to buy the product and raised a request for refund.
I called the Chipkart customer service and informed about cancelling the order and requesting the refund.
They asked me to send an email to email@example.com with the information about the cancellation and the refund request. I did so.
However, I’ve been asked to wait for them to refund the money till date, and have not received the money yet.
The last thing I can see is that their web site “www.chipkart.com” itself is not working now.
I don’t know what to do for this, and would like to get my money refunded asap.
