The Delivery boy of City Gas Agency Pathankot always charge Rs 30 or 40 more than the amount i have received in the message containing memo number with amount to be paid for gas cylinder. On inquiring with him he simply says these are delivery charges and are being collected by every single customer on this i give counter reply that our relatives in Jalandhar does not give any additional money for Delivery as the amount we received in message is already have the delivery charges pre-added to it. On this he simply says “GAS LENE HAI TOH PAISE TOH EXTRA DENE PARENGE NAHI TOH AGENCY JA K GAS LE LO”.
