Since morning 6.30 hrs check in the service level are reflecting very sad
front office folks have no clue of taking the patient-takes 40 min to check in and don’t even have courtesy to put patient for the treatment.If asked to connect with the concert senior manager they avoid and have all the reasons to settle down which they can’t.Even after informing them very clearly that we would like to meet any senior person still no reply.
Finance folks have no clue how to explain the people for reimbursements and advise for day care where after asking them multiple time they agreed it should not be.If we listen to their expert we are in soup as later no concerned person for taking cAlls are available.
Rooms – only looks good the name of patient will be flashing of some xyz.
Then comes at 10 if you have problem with Ac they will come with all ladder and instrument to rectify but even after asking them to change the room they don’t.
Any finally one new person will come and ask what’s the problem,but no clue of anything.
Even then if we ask who’s the concerned person they will not tell.
