We have placed an order in www.cliktodeal.com (on line shopping site) for a mobile.We have paid full amount Rs 15999 on March 30,2020.
They didn’t dispatch the phone till 18th May 2020.When we call them and ask for refund they are saying they will deduct 10 % and will refund the money.

They have sent me an email satying that we will deduct 10 % and retyurn.Should i accept?
Well, I found a local brand tv on their site which was with very promising configuration. I was almost about to buy but just before proceeding to payments I thought to enquire once.
Well, the call was received and was my doubts cleared (that because of COVID-19 they will not be able to deliver in other states or out of NCR).
But, the strange thing is that their website never mentioned anything related to this. And I am scared that my money might have got stuck if I had made the payment.
Yes this is a bogus & fraud Online Store …Fleeces Its valuable customers ..I had also ordered a Hi Fi Speaker but even after 45 days I have neither received my product nor the refun. People must refrain to use this site for their
online purchases .Don’t loose your hard earned money on these scoundrels.
