Club Mahindra Holidays – Membership cancellation request

This relates to a club Mahindra bill member who requested to cancel their membership on July 14, 2022. After numerous follow-up calls and reminders, they created a cancellation request on November 28th, 101-814, stating that a refund would be given within 90 days of the request’s cancellation. Now, after yet another round of follow-up calls and reminders, they have not yet given the refund and have created a new cancellation request, 103-909, and club Mahindra is taking the matter

Please assist in taking necessary action against Club Mahindra and suggest that they refund the money instead of circling around the issue.

As per the membership rules, we would like to inform you that refund is in under process on the basis of refund calculation.

Hi Mayur bhai.
Cancellation request 101-814 was already raised on 28 th of Nov 2022 it was being communicated refund will be provided with in 90 days now it’s is more than 6 months still refund is not provided.also why another cancellation request 103-909 is opened when there is already old request is open .Pls explain why such unprofessional behaviour.why we are not following club Mahindra owned policy guide lines why we are harassing customers and not providing amount which they should get back on time
Pls reply and do the needful in refunding the money earliest.
