My room mate and I were staying in a CoHo property property in sector 45 Gurgaon. We vacated the property in the month of July and did give 1 month notice as per the agreement. As per the agreement, CoHo was supposed to refund our deposit within 1 month. However, we have not received the deposit till date. We tried to call their team but to no avail. Also we have written numerous emails to them regarding the same and always get a generalised reply from them that “the refund shall be processed soon”. It appears they are not willing to refund the deposit and are committing fraud with numerous customers in similar manner. We have decided to file an FIR against the company.
