It has been 3months my refund if security money is not done, whereas in my contract it was written it will be done within 15-30 days, there is an entire mail thread and they just keep on saying that there were so many move outs so entire finance team is affected,I have asked for an ETA, but they do not say anything, all I hear is, we are affected, please bear with us, also this is when I provided them a notice period of more than 30days in advance, and due to covid times, it’s very difficult to manage finances, when they as an organisation are not able to, we are just individuals, also it is our security money that they kept, refunding which shouldn’t have been a problem, if we pay rent alittle late, (eve. One day, they used to charge fine) and what about security money that they are having since one year. They keep on saying that it shall be catered to you at the earliest, and I wonder what is an ETA for their “at earliest”, I wonder if they will refund or not, and there were not many move outs during my time, even if there would have been, it would have been lost my move out, so I should have been compensated by now. This really seems to be annoying.
