Hi. I left Coho property in July 2020 and according to the contract, when a tenant leaves, the company is obliged to refund the security within 15-30 days of leaving and now, it’s been more than 2 years but my refund is still not here. I have some serious doubts that they will refund the amount to me. I also have some of the friends who have also not gotten their refund. I hope through this portal some action will be taken against the management and they will provide the refund.
We as a consumer understood that it was tough for CoHo to pay off the refund in the initial stages of Covid but this is beyond the time limit. Everything is back to normal and now we are in post covid state. And I expect my money to come back to me as soon as possible.
Please take necessary actions against them and let everyone have they security amounts refunded as soon as possible. Many of them were students like me.

Hey did you get your money back? I still haven’t gotten mine back. If you did please let me know because it’s been almost an year since I left them.
