I thought this was a good outfit. I had honored the contract given enough notice and yet 5 months later I learned I never got my deposit back. I was later emailed saying that they were behind on payments due to the current situation. Other people noted the same. The contract is written in a way that is very strict for the tenant but words itself to say they will ensure the safety deposit is paid given the tenant adheres to certain policies. Coho never bothers to honor them. They disconnect the tenant from contact to their place via phone, and they give an email address where they give tenants a standard reply citing apologies in lateness due to the pandemic and asking for patience. It is a standard bullshit reply for an outfit which intends to keep the security deposit of ALL of it’s tenants. I have also read in other cases 1.5 lakh was not given to someone, and where tenants were also kicked out and not given the security deposit back. In EVERY situation CoHo does NOT intend to keep up to it’s promises and fails to give the security deposit back. CoHo, a company of hoes. It’s in the name. Angry people like myself will make every effort possible to ensure an FIR is launched against this company.
