On March 26 2022, I have paid 2000 rupees to Colive as part of booking a PG room in Bellandur Bangalore. The person whom I was taking to in Colive Aditya Kr. Sahoo has told me to pay 2000 rupees booking amount so we can freeze the room for me.
However, as part of clarification before making a payment I checked with Aditya Sahoo that if I don’t like the property or change my mind will this 2000 rupees refunded back to me and he confirmed back stating it will be refunded within 7 days.
Now when I am calling Aditya Sahoo @ Colive he is denying for the refund and claims that he has never promised for refund. Also they have now blocked my phone number.
I have raised a ticket (SR191804) in their website regarding the same however, I don’t see any progress being made so far. My next Cource of action would be making a police complaint against Colive for misleading the customer and looting their money.

It would be great if this platform can help me getting my money back.
