Hi I’m Viller. I moved in Colive on 7th November 2023 and left on 6 January 2024. I paid a security deposit of 11,000 inr before moving in on 7 November 2023. When I vacated on 6 January 2024, Instead of returning my security deposit, They are asking me for rent of whole month of the month of January 2024, but I only stayed there 6 days in January. This is unfair and cheating. I am ready to pay for 6 days of January only. But they are charging me for whole 31 days. Okay they are charging a lot of other charges like maintaining and repairing and separation charges. They are charging me a total amount of 14,557. They are deducting this charge from my security deposit of 11,000 inr and also my me 3557 inr more. This is total Cheating and fraud. I am not willing to pay for the whole month of January 2024. I only stayed 6 days in colive in January 2024. Please take legal action against them. They loot a lot of tenants and a lot of tenants are unhappy against them.
