Made payment for the reservation, but when I went to check in, there was no connection with the company. This business is a total fraud. Additionally, the customer service is fake; they will direct you to call IVR, where no one will answer. Raised a service ticket number SR2SR289010 as well. However, it was resolved without mentioning us. without any sort of resolution.
