I gave advance of 2 days for staying in a colive PG, when I reached there they showed me boys hostel where I couldn’t have lived as a girl. Now the agent just do time pass by saying I am checking the status whilst there is no response at all. Kindly help me to get my refund back.
The money given to her was 1000/- for two days. While discussing in WhatsApp chat, they showed me beautiful room and I gave them advance but when I visited alone, it turned out to be a boys hostel. It’s totally scam.
Then I told the executive, she didn’t believe me at all. I demanded a refund from the company but didn’t find any kind of proper response. I demand my advance back, as a middle class girl each penny is important.
There is not form to submit the complaint, I can here to ask for help for my refund. I hope I have come to right platform to ask my refund. I had the worst experience in Hyderabad just to stay peacefully.
Don’t believe in Colive.com until anyone went and saw the room. Kindly help me with the refund.
