I had booked an apartment through colive on 5-4-2020 and to check in on the day of the lockdown lifts. I was promised by the salesperson that due to the lockdown even if i am unable to check-in to the property, the reservation amount of rs.4000 will be refunded back. It has been one month, they haven’t even initiated the refund, and to every calls they say is “it is non refundable” or that “they are working on it”. The colive definitely gives fake promises and tend to not meet them. Consumers are suffering because of this. This needs to be stopped.
