This is real drama. Too contradictory statement from you and from your executive. What audit do you have ? And do you have audit for 5 months ? Your executive is telling that higher official not in town. Which one to believe ? How can you cheat the customer so badly. This is injustice, untruthful and shows how unreliable your company is. There is no proper customer care also. No contact number for confident group grievance cell. Because of all your drama, we will only get into hypertension. When you have stringent timelines to receive money, why is that you don’t provide the appropriate time limit for repayment. How can you cheat the customer like this. This is highly unacceptable. I want my money ASAP. Don’t reply for name sake like this. There is nothing happening from your end. Then why this note in my compliant ? Is it to show other readers that your being good. Dont act too smart. First pay off all our money rather than replying something which is very much false. I will never ever recommend confident group to any of my friends, family and colleagues.
