resp. sir my connect no. Is 1638510197 registered on bhupinder singh. my previous plan is Rs. 299. I received a call from your end on 8 March 2017. your company employee said if you will take a plan of Rs. 399, we will give you 10gb data at 4mbps speed after that 1 mbps speed and unlimited local calling free. then I asked one question from your employee I. e. if I want to take a plan of Rs. 299 back again, is it possible or not.? I then your company employee said yes you can take. after that I changed my plan from Rs 299 to Rs. 399. now I want to take Rs. 299 back again and disconnect the phone. I called your customer care. he said sorry Sir we can not do that. I totally shocked. I explained all the matter but he refused to give me that plan. resp. sir there is only one solution please disconnect my connection. because such a fake company can never be tolerated. who can nor fulfill his promise. I already mailed so many times. but your company did not reply me. second reason of disconnection is that you provide 21 gb data at 4mbps speed and after that 1mbps speed. on Connect no. 1638510198 at Rs. 299. a d you also provide 100gb data with 4mbps speed to Mr. lucky sidana at Rs. 299 . shame on your company because of your partiality behavior with your customers. the so please disconnect my connection. otherwise provide me same plan. please call me at 9501452486
