This is Ricky from Ludhiana Punjab, I have applied for Broadband Connection Before 2 months from Connect ( Formerly known as HFCL Infotel Ltd. ) till date 02/12/2015 no connection installed. I am already in touch with their sales person in Ludhiana Mall Road Office and they are not giving any proper reply on this connection and not refunding the amount of Rs.640/- which I have paid during documentation procees. This is very poor service I have ever seen in my life. I request to higher authority to do resolution on this asap.
