On March 28, 2023, I attended the orientation. After a lengthy conversation, your sales representative forced us to purchase a membership. I became aware of my obligations shortly after I joined, so I asked for my membership to be canceled. I called Shebaz, the salesman, and Rahul Kumar, his manager, several times, but I never received a satisfactory answer.
I made a hundred attempts to reach the toll-free number, but it is never answered. Every time, your sales representative even made a false assurance that they would set up a callback from the business.
It has been nearly seven months, and I still haven’t received a response to my question.
The membership is reserved for Kusum Shaw and Jitendra Kumar. The number CHTI To 6722 is listed on the provided card.
I would like to request a quick cancellation of my membership and money refund.
