I signed up for CHIS membership in 2021 and paid 90k with an 8k AMC fee.
Almost two years have passed, and we have only used the services twice.
Since November 2022, I’ve been trying to get a reservation, but they haven’t given us any.
I sent emails regarding reservations several times, but we never received a response other than the statement that the property was either not active with them or not available at the time.
So why did they take our money if they weren’t interested in providing a service?
Even their phone numbers are not working, nor are their portals.
They ignored my husband and I despite our best efforts to get in touch with them.
We have voiced our complaints numerous times, but nothing has changed.
If the issue is not resolved this time, we will either file a complaint against them or dispatch police to their office.
