My order id is 102910915. I order 5 sarees from craftsvilla application. 5 sarees which total amount to rs 1000 and shipping 500. They asked me to pay 1500. I paid them through my debit card. After my order placed I got a mail that the saree cost 11500/= and we will return u ur 1500/=
I have complained this to craftsvilla through email along with the screenshot which clearly show the cost of every saree as 200 rupees. The cost of the saree was shown 2200 with a cross on it and was with a new price of 200 each. If they gave this offer than why are they now not ready to give me my ordered sarees.
This is totally cheating. Even I talked to the customer care executive but they did not responded well. My complain is that if craftsvilla took my order than they should fulfil the order.
I don’t want refund. Instead I want my 5 sarees which I order.
