dear sir,

good evening. this is tarun from nawanshahar pb.-144514.
i want to make complaint against website named CRAFTSVILLA Address: 1502 G Wing, Lotus Corporate Park, Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063, India
Phone: +91 22 6157 9090 .
I purchased a ladies suit was not exact as they shown in their website & return on 23rd june, 2017 & also sent an email for refund. They agree to refund within 7 days but still they don’t transfer.

please do something in this regard so that they refund my money INR 570/-.
