I had put some order no. 103763124 of Saree through this companies website on 09-09-2016 and due to delay in sending product to me, I cancelled my order on 14-09-2016 and asked for refund of Rs. 1299.

I had many times contacted the customer care of this company but they are giving excuses and asking for some time every time I had called them.

I had also lodged online complaint but no resolution till date as 4 months have been elapsed.
