Dear Sir/Madam,

Our order – Transaction ID: #102644395, has been previously set to deliver by 6 Feb 2016 by Craftsvilla.com. But,later they suddenly changed the online status for our order to “out of stock – category”. After talking to customer care, they made it again processing status. Now they are not replying to any complaints, neither seems to refund our money. So, please take the legal course to ensure the refund of the our paid amount Rs. 1230/-only, paid towards our order – “harshami mf 1171 silk sarees (order no. 102032989)”.
This is the worst site, I have ever come across. The customer care representatives are also not responding against our phone and E-mail. Please help us out.
