I have ordered a Blue and White Anarkali suit on 18th July 2015 via debit card payment of Rs 1199. Transaction No:- 101119088 and Shipment No:- 100813343 which was to be delivered latest by 25th July 2015. Upon non receival of order, I emailed them on their customer care e-mail id and also called on the number stated 08080622233 but only recorded voice plays stating all the exceutives are busy. Where the hell are they busy whole day? I even messaged on Fb and wrote complaint on their Fb page but till now they did not have taken pain to contact me. I want the money back with the compensation. Kindly help.
