Order number 103220861 made on 30th Sept 2016 not received till date. The courier partner did not contact me and updated their site on 9th Oct and again on 15th Oct that consignee requested for future delivery. They contacted me on 17th oct saying they would deliver the product today but nothing as such happened. Now when I am saying to cancel my order the site is not doing that as well. I sent several mails but no response. It was a prepaid order I made the payment through my credit card who will be responsible on the interest imposed on the amount.
