I have made a order on 8 th June 2017for 2 dress in craftsvilla . Orider no: 104321083 .and paid full amount of the product and shipping charge by net banking. After this the site showing the order will receive in 16 th June 2017 but today 20th June I have not received that order .so I want refund my money and cancel my order. They refused to do. So I want get legal protection in this case and get my money back. The site is cheating me.
