After placing an order on 3rd Nov 2016, i got a packet delivered on 8th Nov with same amount of Rs 1248/-
After opening the pack, i found out it was a wrong product. After few days a person from Aramex came to take the wrong product but gave me no slip. I provided my bank details to Craftsvilla customer care and even spoke to the higher authorities but to no vail. They haven’t refund back my money, neither have given me the coupons worth 1248/-
They always have an excuse, and i am told to wait. Its been 4-5 months now.
Please help.
